Workouts

During Lockdowns I started filming Free Home Workouts to help keep the ladies I teach & myself motivated.  Here a just a few of those workouts & more loaded on my YouTube Channel Shelleys Fitness and Wellbeing.  Please remember before doing any home workouts that you warm up fully & complete cool down stretches after exercising.  If you feel unwell or suffer from any injuries do not participate until you feel 100%.
