ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Shelley Graysmark and I started teaching aerobic exercise classes back in 2004.  The first to bring SalsAerobics to the area I have tried all the trends including Cheerleading, Hula Hoop toning & Trampoline.  I currently teach the classes listed above & am based at Top Body Gym in Gorleston.  I love my job & love meeting the people I teach, it doesn't matter what your reasons for exercise are, wether it be a social meet up, escape from the house, mental well-being or simply for fitness, we are all in it together.  The classes are suitable for all fitness levels & can be adapted to suit individual needs too.
